Minecraft multiplayer not available [JAVA]

Question

Multiplayer games have been enabled, yet i still get the same "multiplayer is disabled" ,,, ive done everything i can , uninstalled minecraft completely , used seperate launchers ( sometimes the game bugs and actually LETS me play multiplayer if i restart my pc enough, but its unreliable ) downgraded minecraft versions ect ect. it allows me to play multiplayer on bedrock most of the time (but that's buggy too) . im tired of restarting / turning off my pc enough times that it finally lets me in ,,, does anybody have a solution ????
