My bluetooth soundbar has suddenly switched to being recognised as headphones. How do I get it to be recognised as external speakers?

Hello there! I am Charity. I'm glad to help you today!

Thank you for the information. While in your Zoom call, click the arrow next to the microphone icon.

Under Select a Speaker, make sure your Creative soundbar is chosen (not "Headphones").

If issues still persist, we can next try to reinstall the drivers. Before that, may I ask what is the make and model of your computer? If you don't know the make and model or it's a custom, may I ask if you know the make and model of the motherboard?

Press Windows + R, type msinfo32, and hit Enter.

In the System Summary section, please provide me the three things below.

    BaseBoard Manufacturer

    BaseBoard Product

    BaseBoard Version

    Kind Regards,

    Charity

Please note that things might need more than one reply to completely resolve your issue, as it will completely depend on the complexity of the question and the amount of detail that you have provided me.
