Urgent: Locked out of school account due to Microsoft Authenticator

Question

I have had the authentuicator app on my cellphone for 2 years and allways been logged in. I need it for my school account For some reason it logged out and I need the authenticator app to log in again, which is contradicting.

I tried calling but the voice didnt understand authenticator app so then I needed to call again, she understod microsoft authenticator though..

She refered me to go to a webpage and when i did I needed to log in to get support, but that support was only search and try fixing it yourself. I tried to use my friends account but the authetication was sent to my micrtosoft adress instead of hers even though we tried to log in with her email.

I logged in with my google account that could be reset because it was a google account, but it leads nowhere as I show with the screenshots.

I just want contact with the support but when i call again the voice just automatically sends me to the same page without me beeing able to choose a different support errand.

This is the worst support and worst system I have ever come across. I need to log in to start my school assignments today!!
