Cannot connect to ChatGPT using Microsoft account

Question

Hello, im trying to log into chatgpt using this account, but when i use the "Continue with Microsoft account", i get an error of "We couldn't find a Microsoft account. Try entering your details again, or create an account."

even though the account clearly exists (this one)

i read online that it could be related to the authentication method used to sign into this account, we were told by out organization that our accounts had GPT Plus on them, but we are unable to sign in, i would be happy to get some help

Since this is an organization (education, business etc.) account, talk to your local IT support.

If necessary, your local admin can get in touch with Microsoft business support.

Note that the AI service included with Microsoft Office is Copilot.
