I'm, having same issue to access our company account given the error message.
The problem seems to be involving Entra ID with the Entra ID tenant disabled, error code AADSTS000224. As a result, all employees can't work, can't check email, can't use Teams, can't sign into Azure portal to manage and maintain Azure resources, so severity A business impact.
This happened on Dec 23rd, 2025 and we are now at Jan 13, 2026, and the issue is still not resolved. I have an open Severity A case and was told on my daily call that, with a 2-3 hour wait time, someone would get back to us. Nothing has happened.
There is a total of 13 employees who cannot work.
Please help!!!!
