Piratage de téléphone et achat sur store Microsoft

Bonjour

Ma fille de 14 ans s'est faite pirater son téléphone ce matin alors qu'elle était en cours (elle a un abonnement SFR que je paye tous les mois). Le pirate en a profité pour effectuer des achats sur store microsoft (2050 VALORANT) pour un total de 79,96€ pouvez vous m'aider svp?
