Camera issue in Teams

My camera turns on, you can see the background however you cannot see my face.

Pls adv how to solve it.

    Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. To better understand the issue, could you please clarify the following: 

    • Are you using a Microsoft 365 Business account (provided by your organization or school) or a personal Microsoft account
    • What is the operating system and version of the computer you're using? 
    • Does the issue occur in the Teams desktop appTeams web version, or both
    • When you open the Camera app on your computer, does it work normally? 
    • Are you able to see yourself when making video calls in other applications (e.g., Zoom, Skype, etc.)? 
    • Have you tried signing in to your Teams account on another device? If so, does the same issue occur? 

    These questions will help determine whether the issue is related to the Teams application or the device itself, and allow me to suggest a more accurate solution.
