how to remove this annoying thing it show when i click capslock everytime and the other thing show when i click keypad

I figured this out, but for me it was coming from "Dell Display and Peripheral Manager" application. It took me through a wizard and was trying to make me find a device to continue, but look in the top right for the gear icon. The setting called "Keyboard Lock Key" was enabled. Unchecked and the icon went away.

P.S. found this via google image to the same lock key, but sorry if it doesn't help you.
