I had a blue screen of death, and using the windows .dmp manager, I managed to parse it and converted it into a text file called crash.txt. Can someone help me find an answer as to why this keeps happening? I have 64gb of ram, so a massive page file should not be necessary. Also, this is on a new desktop, about 2 months old.

DxDiag.txt

crash.txt

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

The crash did not indicate a clear problematic driver - the BSODs and event logs suggest it is a GPU or RAM-related issue.

Can you please share the exact dump files here for reference?

    1. Open Windows File Explorer.
    2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump.
    3. Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip them up.
    4. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.), then choose to share it and get a share link.
    5. Then post the link here to the zip file so we can take a look for you.

Yes, I have read the Dxdiag and crash files, both of which indicate a memory issue, and no specific cause of the crash is listed.

Which is why I wanted to read the dump files from my end.

If the results are the same, you will have to use Driver Verifier to stress the drivers and make the PC crash three times, and upload the new dump files here.

    Reference;

Driver Verifier-- tracking down a mis-behaving driver.

    Tygren,

Here, running Driver Verifier might help.

Allow your PC to crash 3 times after enabling Driver Verifier.

Make sure you create a system restore point before enabling Driver Verifier.

    Upload new dump files.

Let me know how it goes.

I did what you suggested, and I ended up in a infinite boot loop. It said "System Thread exception not handled". I tried rebooting in safe mode, when I could, normally 3/5 tries, then it said that the pin I had did not work. Ill try again sometime soon after I finish some work, and try again.

Luckily, I did create a system restore, which helped.
