Can't log into portal.azure.com using my personal account anymore

I had to restore my phone and i was in the understanding that personal accounts got restored in ms authenticator. As extra measure I also made sure I had set additional recovery methods on my personal account but unfortunately the MFA between personal account and azure didn't work as i thought (as i read on the support on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5539111/cant-log-into-azure-com-using-my-personal-account).

This means I am now not able to login to azure portal with my account anymore and request your assistance to resolve this issue (tenant lock).

    Hello Esther Sijbenga,

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to re-register MFA.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
