Can Not Add User To A Defined Team

Question

Hi Microsoft Admin,

Nice to meet you. In Azure DevOps, I added an user at Org. level successfully. Then I will add this user into a defined team but "Save" button is not enable to add. I can do that in the past. It seems that it is a bug recently. Could you please refer to the picture for more details and help me to fix? Thank you.
