After installing recent updates for keyboard drivers and a Windows cumulative update, along with enrolling for extended security updates, the laptop keyboard functioned properly initially. However, after restarting the system, individual keyboard keys began to stop working one by one. What steps can be taken to troubleshoot this issue?
