Hello, I am experiencing the same issue that other users have reported. The option to export or redeem my achievement code no longer appears in my Microsoft Learn account after completing courses. I have already tried signing out and back in, clearing my browser cache, and using private/incognito mode, but the problem persists.

Could the support team please check this issue and let me know if there is a fix or an update available soon?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Hello @Trainocate Malaysia,

It’s been a while since I last heard from you; I just wanted to check in and see if you need any further assistance.

I’m not sure if you’ve had a chance to check the update from the link I shared earlier.

I reviewed it and saw that on September 11, Microsoft confirmed that the issue with Achievement Code Creation has been partially resolved.

User's image The achievement code button has reappeared in some partner accounts, and while they’re optimistic the fix has reached all accounts, they’re still collecting feedback before declaring it fully resolved.

You may want to check again to see if the feature is available in your account.

If you're still experiencing the issue, you can reply directly to the discussion thread so Microsoft can continue evaluating any remaining access gaps and improve the product based on user needs.

    Hello @Trainocate Malaysia,

Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!

Although this issue is typically outside the scope of my usual support responsibilities, I’ve taken the time to research it and found that Microsoft is currently working on a fix.

    undefined

You can refer to the official update from Microsoft posted on September 5 via this link: September 5 Update: Issue with Achievement Code Creation | Microsoft Community Hub

This update confirms that Microsoft is actively working to resolve the issue affecting achievement code creation for several courses, including AZ-204 and PL-300. The fix is being rolled out progressively, so you may want to check back periodically or monitor the Tech Community thread for further updates.

While waiting for Microsoft to resolve the issue, please make sure that you’ve already confirmed the following:

You are signed in with the correct Class Administrator account that has been granted permissions through the Microsoft Learn for Educators program.

You’ve tried basic troubleshooting steps such as:

    • Clearing your browser cache
    • Using InPrivate/Incognito mode to log in

If the issue persists after these steps, you can refer to the link above for ongoing updates from Microsoft.

Once again, thank you again for raising this issue; it’s helped broaden my understanding. I hope you understand that I want to help as much as I can within the scope of this forum.
