Global Notification Settings
Open the Microsoft Teams app. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.
Navigate to Settings > Notifications and activity. Configure the settings as follows:

Per-Channel Notification Settings
Go to each channel individually. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the channel name. Select Channel notifications.

If you have applied the above settings and are still missing notifications, it may be due to the volume of teams and channels associated with your account. In such cases, Microsoft Teams may not reliably deliver all activity alerts.
We recommend submitting a support request ticket so that a Microsoft support agent can investigate your tenant and environment in more detail to help resolve the issue.
