How can I make sure I am receiving any and all new posts, replies, notifications from different channels in different teams?

I am a member on many teams on this platform. I want to be able to get all activity notifications that happen on each team inside each of their channels. I seem to get random notification when there are updates/new posts on the different channels, meaning that I am not getting all the new activity that is posted. I get all notifications for some team but not others. I get notifications on one channel from a team but not the other channels associated with that same team. Is there a setting that I need to search for to allow for ALL notifications from ALL teams and ALL their channels?

    Dear @H

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum. We are happy to assist.

To ensure you receive notifications for all activities across all Teams and their respective channels, please follow the steps outlined below:

    Global Notification Settings

Open the Microsoft Teams app. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.

    User's image

Navigate to Settings > Notifications and activity. Configure the settings as follows:User's image

    User's image

For further details, please refer to the official Microsoft guide: Manage notifications in Microsoft Teams

    Per-Channel Notification Settings

Go to each channel individually. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the channel name. Select Channel notifications.

    Set the following:User's image

You can learn more here: Best practices for notifications in Microsoft Teams

If you have applied the above settings and are still missing notifications, it may be due to the volume of teams and channels associated with your account. In such cases, Microsoft Teams may not reliably deliver all activity alerts.

We recommend submitting a support request ticket so that a Microsoft support agent can investigate your tenant and environment in more detail to help resolve the issue.
