Hello Bruce Tong,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the Copilot app issue. From your description, I believed that there might be an issue with your Copilot app. In order to troubleshoot this, please follow:
- Repair/Reset Copilot app:
- Open Windows settings > Installed apps > Look for Copilot > Click the three-dot > Advanced options > Repair If after repair and the issue persists > click Reset
- Run the troubleshooter:
- Open Get Help app on your PC > and search for Copilot connectivity issue then follow the on-screen prompt
- Reset network:
In some cases, it could be a network-related issue
- Open command prompt and Run as administrator > input these commands one by one:
- netsh int ip reset > Enter
- netsh winsock reset > Enter
- ipconfig /release > Enter
- ipconfig /renew > Enter
- ipconfig /flushdns > Enter (Do notice the space between character in the commands)
- Restart your PC and run Copilot again
You can also access Copilot on your web browser as an alternate method also.
