So recently, she made a factory reset on her laptop, an asus laptop, once she tried to start her laptop again, she got stuck in the installation screen where she can choose between windows versions to install, blue screen with 2 options, both said Windows 10 and no matter what she pressed the pc rebooted and got to the same screen. I recommended her to start Windows safe mode first, pressing shift when restarting, same issue, same screen, didn't work, after that I told her to install the Windows 10 installer on an empty usb flash drive so she can do a new installation, told her to go to the bios of her laptop so she can boot her laptop from the flashdrive, the bios didn't recognize it, she tried another method by her hands and it didn't work either.

What I'm trying to figure out is how can I help her to just get her pc working again, no matter what we've done, she still would go to that same Windows 10 blue screen.

I attached an image of the screen I'm talking about.

    Hello,

Did she use the USB flash drive to clean install? During the clean install, any chance she didn't delete all of the partitions when she was asked where to install Windows?

I would suggest clean install again, make sure all partitions are deleted until they merge into one unallocated space, then use that to continue the install.

I will give the entire instruction in case you need it:

To perform a clean installation of Windows 10 using the Windows Media Creation Tool. You do need to get access to another computer so you can download the Windows installation files into a flash drive, then use the flash drive to help your computer. Hopefully you have a spare computer, or you can have friend or family help you.

The following steps should be done on a working Windows computer:

Download the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's official website. https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10

Run the tool and select "Create installation media for another PC."

Choose your language, edition, and architecture (32 or 64-bit) and select "Next."

Choose "USB flash drive" as the media to use for the installation and select "Next."

Connect a USB flash drive with at least 8 GB of free space to your computer.

Select the USB flash drive you want to use, and then select "Next."

The tool will then download the required files and create the installation media.

    =====================================================

Now these steps will  be done on your problematic computer:

Go to the computer's BIOS boot menu to have it boot from the USB drive.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows 10, making sure to choose "Custom install" and select the option to delete all existing partitions.

Once the installation is complete, you'll have a clean installation of Windows 10 on your computer.
