Browse with Edge- 30 mins- not working. I use Edge for much more than that, yet my daily goal doesn't get completed. What to do?

see in this image, I have used MSEdge for 3h+ today, yet my task to use Edge for 30 mins remains unfinished. I never thought much about BIngRewards before, but since a week that I'm using it, this feature isn't really working.

Note: My MS account for Bing Rewards and Edge is the same.

Hi,

Is this the task you're referring to (see the image attached)? If so, have you tried clearing Bing’s cache? It could be a caching issue where your task progress wasn’t recorded. To do this, go to Edge Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies > See all cookies and site data. Search for Bing, expand the results, then delete everything related to it. After that, check if your progress updates. If not, you may need to redo the task, unfortunately.

If the issue still persists, it could be a problem with the task itself. Some users have mentioned running into problems with the task, and sometimes just disappearing on their end. There might still be glitches happening so it is best to report it via the Provide feedback link at the bottom part of the Rewards page.

I just got it working, it didn't appear to be working until I went through the mobile (Android) wizard for Edge on the Bing Rewards dashboard on Edge. After that it prompted me for "browser sync" which I enabled. Now I appear to have 5 minutes. edit: seems stuck at 5 minutes. Still don't know if it's mobile or desktop edge it's tracking.

if pretty crap. I can't even login to the browser and have it track unless I put edge on win7 compatibility mode. But it keeps on reverting itself back to no compatibility mode enabled. Sometimes it even adds itself to disallow run list of explorer. And very often it still doesn't track in win7 compatibility mode. It's really bloody annoying.
