- If you bought it from a retailer, log into your account and check your order history.
3 - If the code is incomplete or unreadable:
- Contact the store or website where you bought the card.
- If it was from Microsoft directly, go to Contact Us - Microsoft Support > Xbox > Subscriptions & Billing > Redeem a code.
- Be ready to provide proof of purchase (receipt, photo of the card, etc.)
