Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

From the message you’re seeing, it looks like Outlook is having trouble finding an active mailbox or license for your account. To get a clearer picture, can you tell me a bit more about your setup?

    For example:

    • Is this an Outlook 365 work/school account provided by your organization, or a personal Microsoft 365 subscription?
    • Were you able to use this account before without issues, or is this your first time signing in?
    • Do you know if your Microsoft 365 license is currently active?

These details will help me point you in the right direction.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

Thank you for letting me know.

The license number itself doesn’t tell us much here, since it’s more of an internal reference for Microsoft. What will really help us figure this out is whether your mailbox (email service) is still linked to your account.

The easiest way to check is:

    • Open a browser and go to https://outlook.live.com
    • Sign in with your tampabay.rr.com email and Microsoft 365 password.
    • See if your inbox opens, or if you get the same error as before.

If it still gives you the same error, that usually means the email service (Exchange mailbox) isn’t currently assigned to your account.

Since your subscription shows “Business,” that setup is normally managed by an admin. Do you know if anyone else helps manage your Microsoft 365 subscription (like an IT support person or service provider)?

If so, they may need to check the admin center and re-assign the email license.

In any cases please let me know.
