cannot download PHONE LINK APP to my windows 10.

Question

I try download and install the PHONE LINK app and showing Pending, failed.

Please advise. Thank you.

It shows WE NEED A NEW APP TO OPEN THIS MS-WINDOWS-STORE after click Win+R.Then I click https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nmpj99vjbwv?hl=en-US&gl=PK but No reaction after I click PHONE LINK INSTALL. appreciate your help from Senior of 79 yrs old.

Are you having trouble installing only the Phone Link app from the Microsoft Store?

Try resetting the Microsoft Store cache and see if it resolves the issue.

Click Windows + R key, type wsreset.exe and click ok.

Wait for the Command Prompt window to disappear automatically.

This will launch the Microsoft Store. Install the Phone Link app.

If you are still having issues, ensure you have all the latest Windows updates installed.

Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Check for Updates.

Download and install all the pending updates for your device.
