How to override Password Policy defined in Default Domain Policy

We have defined the min password age=0 days in our default domain policy. The Domain Policy was set to be "Enforced".

For a particular group of users, we would like to set the min password age= 1 days.

We have tried the fine-grained Password Policy, but the Domain Policy still cannot be overrded.

Can anyone share how to override Password Policy defined in Default Domain Policy? Thanks a lot.

    FGPP is the correct method. you can follow this guide. make sure to check that you meet the requirements of versions etc
