    Hi Charity,

Update driver option didn't come up, but I had already tried this.

    Laptop is Lenovo

    Baseboard Product is LNVNB161216

    Speakers are Logitech z313 (old).

    Hope this helps!

Hello there! I am Charity. I'm glad to help you today!

Are your Logitech speakers USB or 3.5MM jack connected? May I ask what is the model of your Logitech speakers? Also, have you tried updating the drivers via device manager?

Press Win + X - choose Device Manager.

Expand Sound, video and game controllers.

Right-click your audio device (e.g., "Realtek Audio") - select Update driver - choose Search automatically for drivers.

If updating didn't work, may I ask what is the make and model of your computer? If you don't know the make and model or it's a custom, may I ask if you know the make and model of the motherboard?

Press Windows + R, type msinfo32, and hit Enter.

In the System Summary section, please provide me the two things below.

    BaseBoard Manufacturer

    BaseBoard Product

    Kind Regards,

    Charity

Please note that things might need more than one reply to completely resolve your issue, as it will completely depend on the complexity of the question and the amount of detail that you have provided me.
