DaveM121 798.7K Reputation points Independent Advisor2025-09-20T10:43:42.49+00:00 If the brightness is not working on your PC, then that indicates a problem with the graphics driver, the best option is to go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install (not update) the version of graphics drivers they provide.
If you have any problem locating that support page, click your Start Button, then jsut type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
