My email got hijacked - my microsoft account is stolen, my email is not associated to any account - it was few days ago

Hi,

I wanted to log in to my minecraft account today, but my login is not recognized as any account on microsoft. It says that this Microsoft account does not exist if I want to log in with my mail. Someone had to change the email and switch it to theirs or I do not know, because few days ago it was all working normally and I even updated my password back then, so I have email communication regarding this.

Does someone know what should I do? My whole account seems to be gone and I do not know who should I contact, since the support is only FAQ not actual person on Microsoft site.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this. Please take note that a compromised account is a complex scenario and once the email and phone number has been changed to a different one then it is deemed unrecoverable and for this you can go over and check out the links below for reference with the guide in filling out the recovery form and also as to why it is not granted or why it is getting rejected.
