Subject: Account Suspended for 'Egregious Violation' - Request for Human Review of a Keyword Misunderstanding | Manager Account ID: K*********
Hello Microsoft Ads Specialist,
My Microsoft Ads account ([Manager Account ID: K*********) was suspended for an 'Egregious Violation,' and I am certain this is due to an automated system misinterpreting a legitimate technical keyword.
The Issue:
- I was advertising my company's Invoice OCR software (https://www.omkar.cloud/en/tools/invoice-ocr/home).
- I added the keyword "Invoice Scraper," and my account was suspended after few hours.
In this context, "scraping" simply means "extracting data." My software (can be tested at https://www.omkar.cloud/en/tools/invoice-ocr/home) helps businesses extract data like tax items, totals, address from their own invoice files. It does not scrape websites, or violate any terms of service. This is a clear case of an algorithm lacking industry context.
Proof of Legitimacy:
My business is a trusted partner within the Microsoft ecosystem. We are sponsored by over 1,000 developers on GitHub, a Microsoft-owned company**: github.com/sponsors/omkarcloud.
I have also provided official business registration documents in my initial appeal.
My Request:
I am pleading for a human review of my account, my landing page, and the specific context of my software. I am confident that any human reviewer who understands the technical context will see that this was a genuine mistake.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
