Remote access and management

Question

I have long wondered why the default outbound rules of the widows firewall are blocked., Inbound rules are not Blocked by default. Everytime i do a new clean install i have to go through the inbound rules to block allowed connections. I do not need or want any type of remote action going on. The outbound rules allow for remote access by default (even though remote computing isn't part of windows 10, it was still there?), and inbound connections are allowed by default. There are 10 outgoing assistance and access allowances, and 41 inbound access, assistance, AND management allowances in the firewall. And then the redundancy of group policy and registry entries (stay out of the registry if you don't know what you're doing, you will regret it at some point). I have many times uninstalled remote access from control panel only for it to show up again later if i don't go through the group policy, firewall, and registry. Even then an update will be able to reinstall it. Does anyone know a way to completely remove it? Can i make a registry entry that prohibits it from being installed. Can i make a powershell script for that, or a group policy object? Spending an hour or three to go through all this is ridiculous.. thanks for any suggestions. This is a nightmare since windows 10, and win 11 isn't doing any favors.
