    Hi @Alex Trubnikov

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Community.

According to your concern, we kindly suggest you follow these guidelines:

    Guideline 1 - for Windows

    • Sign out of all of your account in Teams and close Teams completely
    • Clear cached credentials in Control Panel > Credential manager.
    • Go to Settings > accounts > Access work or school > Select your old account > Disconnect
    • Clear old credentials by open Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > go to Windows Credentials and remove any entries related to:

    Microsoft Teams

    Office

    OneAuth

    TokenBroker

    IdentityCache
     User's image

    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > find Microsoft Teams, click the three dots > Advanced options > Reset.
    • Then sign in with your current business account to check if the issue still persists

    Guideline 2 - for macOS

Step 1: Sign out and remove the old account in Microsoft apps

    • Open any Microsoft app like Teams.
    • Go to the top-left menu > Teams > Settings > look for the Accounts option.
    • Click your old work account > in the left-down there's a Manage dropdown > Remove account

Step 2: Clear cached credentials (keychain access)

Microsoft stores login tokens in your macOS Keychain. You need to delete those manually:

    • Open Keychain Access (Command+Space and type Keychain access).
    • In the search bar, type: Microsoft or your old work email.
    • Look for entries like:

    Microsoft

    Office

    ADAL

    Com.microsoft

    MSOpenTech

    • Right-click and delete any entries related to your old account.
    • Be careful not to delete unrelated system credentials.

Step 3: Delete Microsoft identity data

    • Open Finder > press Cmd + Shift + G to open Go to Folder.
    • Enter each of the following paths and delete the folders below if they exist: ~/Library/Group Containers/
    • Delete these:

    UBF8T346G9.Office

    UBF8T346G9.OfficeOsfWebHost

    UBF8T346G9.ms

Step 4: Reboot your Mac and try logging in again to see if issue still persists

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, you can try workaround and share us more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you for your understanding and corporation. Looking forward to your response.
