How to fix my "w" and "tab" keys?

They seem to randomly stop working and start working again at the same time. I've also taken off the keys, and it still doesn't work with physical touch. I've done basic troubleshooting, such as replacing drivers, cleaning the keyboard and such. I don't want to get a repair/replacement, so what do I do? The laptop in question is an Acer Aspire 3.

    Hi ,

Have you tried using an external keyboard?

If it works, unfortunately, the internal keyboard would need to be replaced. You can use the external keyboard and disable the internal one.

According to your report, it would be a physical problem.

    Thanks
