I can guide you on the immediate next steps so you can regain access quickly:
1. Confirm the Block Reason
- Usually, Outlook (Microsoft 365/Exchange) blocks an account due to suspicious activity, policy violation, or failed login attempts.
- If you are seeing a message when trying to log in, please note the exact wording (e.g., “account temporarily blocked,” “needs admin approval,” etc.).
2. If This Is a Personal Outlook/Hotmail/Live Account
- Go to the Microsoft Account Recovery page.
- Enter the blocked email address and follow the verification process. You may need an alternate email or phone number linked to the account.
- If security info is not available, fill out the recovery form with as much detail as possible (recent subject lines, folder names, billing info if applicable).
3. Urgent Access to Incoming Invoices
Since invoices are already arriving:
- If you have access via Outlook desktop app or mobile app on a device where you are still signed in, try retrieving mails from there. Sometimes apps retain access even when web login is blocked.
Important: I do not have the right or ability to access your account or recover it for you. Microsoft will only restore access through official recovery and verification If that fails, go straight to Microsoft Support again with proof of ownership (purchase receipts, screenshots of Xbox/Skype activity (if available), billing info). However, if recovery attempts continue to fail, it typically means the account is considered unrecoverable. At that point, creating a new Microsoft account might be the only viable solution.
