I have been billed by Microsoft 365 for a year past my cancellation. I have tried three times to speak to someone about these recurring charges and no one can help me and just direct me to business pages yet when I try to login with my business email, it says its not associated with 365. WHO CAN I SPEAK TO IN AUSTRALIA THAT CAN HELP ME WITH THIS.... it's beyond frustrating that I keep being charged and no one can help put a stop to it.

    Helllo Amanda,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that you are having trouble with canceling your subscription and I know how frustrating that can be.

As you described, your business email is not associated with your Microsoft 365, so you will need to have a quick check to know which email it is: Go to your mailbox, where you received Office 365 renewal notice and receipt > search "billing@microsoft.com" > then check the exact email address the billings messages are sent to:

After knowing the exact email and it's not business email, you can cancel your subscription by following instructions in this article: Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription

If you still need to talk or chat with a support agent:

    1. Go to Contact Us - Microsoft and sign in your account.
    2. Type Cancel recurring billing in the search box.
    3. Click Get help and Select Contact Support.
    4. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office as Products and Services; and Billing and payment updates as Category
    5. Click Confirm.
    6. You can choose to chat with a support representative.

Note: The chat support team only works during certain working hours (US time). Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
