An integrated threat protection solution designed to detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats across Microsoft 365 services.
Helllo Amanda,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand that you are having trouble with canceling your subscription and I know how frustrating that can be.
As you described, your business email is not associated with your Microsoft 365, so you will need to have a quick check to know which email it is: Go to your mailbox, where you received Office 365 renewal notice and receipt > search "billing@microsoft.com" > then check the exact email address the billings messages are sent to:
After knowing the exact email and it's not business email, you can cancel your subscription by following instructions in this article: Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription
If you still need to talk or chat with a support agent:
- Go to Contact Us - Microsoft and sign in your account.
- Type Cancel recurring billing in the search box.
- Click Get help and Select Contact Support.
- Choose Microsoft 365 and Office as Products and Services; and Billing and payment updates as Category
- Click Confirm.
- You can choose to chat with a support representative.
Note: The chat support team only works during certain working hours (US time). Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
