iPhone 17 Authenticator

Question

I have the new iphone17 and trying regain access to my Authenticator. i no longer have my old phone. i am trying to get access to my security dashboard so I can add replace my new phone but it loops me back to the authenticator to put in a number. but it does not work because it is not linked to my new phone. I am trying to get to my security dashboard so i can use the QR code from the PC to set up my accounts on my phone
