Ensure all toggles, including Cookies and Other Site Data, Cache Images and Files, and other options, are turned off.
If you continue to experience issues, the problem might be with the Edge User Profile.
- Go to edge://settings/profiles and click the delete icon next to your user profile, then select Remove profile.
- After it is deleted, sign in with your Microsoft account to sync all your data.
