Please i need your help on this issue.

Auto complete is not working while searching user in OWA.

For some users, auto complete is not working while searching users in OWA. Throwing "Results not found"

    Based on Microsoft’s documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-apps/outlook/contacts/outlook-autocomplete-list, if you're connected to an Exchange Online mailbox, the suggestions list for the To/Cc/Bcc lines when composing a message is powered by Microsoft Search. The “Results not found” message typically appears when using the search bar in OWA, not when autocomplete is trying to suggest an email address in the To/Cc/Bcc lines. To better understand your scenario, I’d like to ask a few clarifying questions:

    • You mentioned “For some users, autocomplete is not working.” Were these affected users previously able to use this feature successfully, or is this a new issue?
    • Have the affected users enabled the autocomplete feature in their settings?
    • What language are these users using in OWA? In some cases, language settings can affect search behavior.
    • Also, as noted in the article above: “The AutoComplete list for Outlook is specific to Outlook. It isn't shared with Outlook on the web, which maintains its own AutoComplete list.” So if these users recently switched to using OWA, their autocomplete list may not be populated yet.
