Xbox Rewards Account Ban Issue

I have a Microsoft Rewards account that was banned due to improper usage of the Bing search engine. I was unaware of the limitations regarding searches through the app, as I thought it functioned like any other app on a phone or computer.

I received a message stating that I could be unbanned and earn points again if I started using the search engine correctly and in a timely manner. However, this has not occurred, and I'm unable to seek help on the support page since the input area is grayed out. Has anyone else experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it? Thank you.

As mentioned above, you will need to use a different account as it is usually grayed out whenever there is an issue on the main account itself.
