I understand how frustrating it is to keep hitting that blank page. Since you’ve already tried the main troubleshooting steps, my suggestion would be to wait for now. It’s possible this is happening because of the high number of people around the world trying to enroll at the same time, which can sometimes cause the process to fail.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

May I know what troubleshooting steps have you already taken? This will help me avoid recommending them again.

Since the screen just goes black after you try to enroll, the first things I’d suggest are:

    • Restart your PC and try the enrollment again.
    • Make sure you have a stable internet connection while doing it, since the process needs to contact Microsoft’s servers.

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.
