I am experiencing an issue with my wireless earbuds on my Windows laptop. The earbuds successfully connect via Bluetooth, but I am not getting any sound output through them. The earbuds do not appear as an option to select as the default audio output device in my sound settings, so I am unable to set them as the playback device.
I have confirmed that this is not an issue with the earbuds themselves, as they work perfectly when connected to other devices.
Here are the steps I have already tried:
Paired and re-paired the earbuds in Bluetooth settings
Restarted my laptop and the earbuds
Checked for driver updates in Device Manager (for both Bluetooth and audio)
Enabled “Show Disabled Devices” and “Show Disconnected Devices” in the Playback tab of Sound settings, but the earbuds still do not appear
Restarted the Bluetooth Support Service
Despite these attempts, my earbuds are still not listed as an available audio device, and I am unable to get any sound output through them on my laptop.
I would appreciate any guidance or solutions to resolve this issue.

Hello, welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Please open Settings > System > Sound, click "Add a device" under Sound output devices, select Bluetooth, and then select your Bluetooth headset and add it.
See if you can add your Bluetooth headset as an output device.
These are my thoughts and suggestions, and I hope they are helpful.
