Hello.
Are your headphones connected to your PC, or to your monitor?
If they’re connected to your PC, download and install the latest audio driver from your computer manufacturer.
If they’re connected to a monitor, try downloading and installing the latest graphics driver either from your computer manufacturer, or from NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel.
If your headphones are connected to your PC, press the Windows key + I to open Settings.
Go to System, then Sound.
If Mono Audio is turned ON, switch it OFF.
Next, select your headphones and try disabling audio enhancements to see if that helps.
Alternatively, open Audio Manager without disabling them.
If Loudness is OFF, turn it ON.
Or, if it’s ON, turn it OFF to see if that helps.
If you have a setting called headphone virtualization, try toggling it ON and OFF to check if it improves the situation.
Thank you.
