How to fix the audio on my desktop computer, specifically the microphone of a binnune headset with bluetooth capabilities

I have an OptiFlex 7050 desktop computer running windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 Below is the system information if that's of any help with resolving my issue with my Microphone on a Binnune BW01 bluetooth headset not working. From what I can tell there isn't a bluetooth component setup because it is not listed in the Device Manager list. But I have the bluetooth usb connected to the computer that came with the headset. The headset has a means to be connected directly to the computer so it doesn't have to go through bluetooth. I have had it working before but now it doesn't want to work. I've troubleshot the microphone but it seems to be running me in circles. Could someone please help me to get it to work so that I can have my meetings on Zoom without looking like a total dork because I can't get my microphone to work?

    Hello Sabrina,

Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

According to this issue, this issue might be at the headphone's end. I have conducted some research on this so I will provide you the information below. As this headphone is not Microsoft's product, I will try my best to help you based on my personal experience as the instruction is not related to Microsoft's end.

This screenshot was taken from the instruction link above when it comes to connection. From here I could make some main points:

    1. If you are using wired connection, then the mic is not properly as this is stated: Microphone while on wired connection requires splitter (this should split audio output into two colored dongles: green & red - the green one is for audio, and the red is for microphone).
    2. When it comes to 2.4 GHz Wireless Connection and Bluetooth Pairing, please follow the instructions given in that article above, you might need to pair when it comes to Bluetooth connection.

If you follow all instructions above and the outcome is not better, please try this on another device to see if the issue ties to the headphone itself or the Windows. I hope this information is helpful, please check the article above let me know if you have any further questions, I will try my best to assist you.

While our initial response may not fully resolve the issue, we truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution.

Hello there! I'm glad to help you today!

May I ask if you have tried plugging the USB dongle on a different port?

Have you also tried re-pairing the headset?

Have you also tried using the wired connection of the headset?
