Hello!
You may have a different account linked to your Windows 10. Open Settings (Windows Key + I) > Accounts > Your Info > See the email below the user icon.
If it's the same email as yours, it may be a Windows bug. Unlink your account and relink it.
- Click on Manage > Then click on the option "Remove this account from this device".
- If the account is not unlinked, you can go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Your info > Sign in with a local account.
- After unlinking your email account from Windows, restart your PC > When it starts, relink your email account.
