    Hello HCA IT,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Community, for this issue I would recommend the following:

    1. Verify Tax Exemption Status:
      • Ensure your organization has a valid tax exemption certificate.
      • Check that it's uploaded to your Azure billing account.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support:
      • Open a billing support ticket via the Azure Portal.
      • Provide documentation and request tax exemption for your Azure Sponsorship subscription.
    3. Review Billing Profile Settings:
      • Go to Cost Management + Billing in the Azure Portal.
      • Navigate to Billing account > Tax profile and confirm your tax status is correctly set.
