Intune Automatic Enrolment now failing...

Hi,

We have a school that has Microsoft Intune for Endpoint management making use of PPKG's for quick imaging and enrolment. This has worked seamlessly since Febuary 2025 but now the automatic enrolment fails despite us having made no changes. Troubleshooting steps carried out are below, any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

  1. PPKG remade and Bulk token resubmitted successfully
  2. Different USB devices
  3. New bootable USB created with latest OS
  4. Use of a different network provider for enrolment
  5. CNAME DNS records updated and tested in Intune
  6. MDM user scope set to all checked
  7. MDM user scope URL's reset to default
  8. Enrolment restriction checked and Windows (MDM) set to allowed.
  9. Checked 365 account is only global admin etc.
