My customer has an Azure Database for MariaDB server. When they received information that Azure Database for MariaDB server will no longer be supported, they created a backup and migrated according to the instructions. However, when checking, the data is not the latest data. Is there any way for the Azure team to support resending the data of my customer's resource?

We got an update from internal team that re-enable the server for 1 week and you can retry migration.

we are facing similiar problem. MariadB was disabled and we do not own a working backup. How can it be re-enabled for a temporary period of time? Is this still possible?
