Has Microsoft Rewards Support become automated and false flagging users accounts?

Hi there,

For a good few months now many users have been reporting two particular issues with Microsoft Rewards. Those being their accounts being wrongfully restricted and that the support service had changed for the worse as its responses became rather canned, repetitive and scripted in nature.

I myself have repeatedly hit this wall with support and find myself with replies that barely address my complaints or issues. I don't believe I've spoken with an actual human since these internal changes came into effect.

I hope some light can be shed on this as it's become rather tiresome for myself and many.
Thanks everyone.
