I'm trying to add my new email address as an alias on my Microsoft account. Every time I receive the verification email, the link takes me to a "View basic information about your account - personal info" screen. The new email is never verified, I've tried copy and pasting the link in the browser, I've tried using different browsers, I've tried accessing the email from different places, I've tried turning my VPN off, I've tried 7 different verification emails, NOTHING is working. I am having the same issue of the where the Microsoft alias verification line incorrectly redirects to "view basic information" page instead of verifying the alias. I have tried the same options Logan noted going through Edge, Chrome, Private and copy link to another tab and nothing is working. Getting a direct person to assist has been a disappointing experience. Does anyone have another idea?
