I can't find my AZ-900 certification

Hello,
I am trying to access a copy of my AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification obtained on 17 April 2024.
The email I used to register via Pearson VUE is not recognized when logging into the Microsoft Certification Dashboard.
My current personal Microsoft account is registered under a different email, and the certificate does not appear there.
I need this certification linked to my current Microsoft account so I can download the official PDF. Could someone please advise the correct process or assist in resolving this issue?
