AZ 900 Rescheduled exam cancelled automatically

Question

Hi,

Today I was attempting for AZ 900 Exam via Pearson VUE. Before releasing exam, during the Space requirement checks process Proctor was not able to hear my voice clearly. Then I have asked him to reschedule the exam on behalf of me due to sudden technical glitch. He made it successfully, rescheduled exam for 02, October 2021 and I have got confirmation email as well. But after few mins, I have got another email for same exam (02, October 2021) that it has cancelled.

Pearson VUE representative provided me case ID as well.

Could you please suggest me where should I approach for the resolution?
