I received a notification of Microsoft that the Granular admin relationship with KPN has expired on October 3rd. 2025 Relationship name: KPNCSPIP-518448 Partner roles: View assigned roles in Microsoft 365 admin center Partner contact: Partner contact information (???) Organization name: AC-Equipment Consultancy Domain: kpn1355623.onmicrosoft.com
As I am unable now to open the maps on my computer, I am unable to continue my work. I contacted KPN in the Netherlands with the request to send a new admin relationship request. However they cannot find the references as indicated above and advised me to contact Microsoft. I urgently need a new Granular admin relationship between KPN and Microsoft. Please inform me by return how Microsoft this serious problem.
