During the day of today (03-10) i have experience long times in execution of requests to the model prebuilt-invoice in the region West Europe.
Is there any ongoing issue with it?
What can i do to mitigate this issue since i am using it in production?
What do u need from me to debug this issue?

I confirm that there was an issue in execution of requests to the prebuilt-invoice model.
It has been resolved on 6th Oct by the team.
I would still want answers to these two questions if possible

These happen due to regional capacity or traffic load; you can try switching to load balance the traffic in multiple US region endpoints where latency is low.
