I had over a 256-day streak on Microsoft rewards, and I did my streak yesterday and for a while it had 1 more day of streak protection. I don't know what happened to that but I woke up to find my streak protection gone and a 0-day streak on my account. Is there any way to restore it? I NEED HELP ASAP THIS IS PISSING ME OFF, WHY CANT MICROSOFT INCREASE THE STREAK PROTECTION FOR AT LEAST 20 DAYSUser's image

    Hello 💎𝒩𝑒𝑜𝓃𝒩𝒵 𝒯𝑒𝓂𝓅𝑒𝓈𝓉💤,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand how frustrating it could be when your streak on Microsoft Rewards is gone. Especially when you still have protection left. Before we proceed, may I know if you just turn off the streak protection on the photo? As I know, the streak protection will stay on, even when the day count reaches 0. So, I'd like to check that first.

If you have evidence that your protection is turned on and you still have protection day left. You can try to contact rewards support to see if they can help you recover the point. You can also contact them to see if they can help you find out the breakdown of your point history.
