Before we proceed, may I know if you just turn off the streak protection on the photo? As I know, the streak protection will stay on, even when the day count reaches 0. So, I'd like to check that first.
If you have evidence that your protection is turned on and you still have protection day left. You can try to contact rewards support to see if they can help you recover the point. You can also contact them to see if they can help you find out the breakdown of your point history.
