Problem With Autentication appp

So i got liked locked ou of my sckool accout where all my School tings are and it say i need to use the authenticator app and to like confirm a code but when sign in the app it ask to also like confirm a code on the autentic app so i can access my school account and it the weekend so i dont know what to do .
